If we could…we would act with urgency.  Here we sit blind.  A little bit of church on sunday is not going to get it done.  They had less than we do today. They had fortunetellers and predictors, etc. but nothing like us.  Prophesy being fulfilled every day and we are still worried about no prayer in school!  There is no prayer in church.  No prayer in the home.
He was upset with them and I believe He is upset with us.  He must be asking, “didn’t I tell you.”  There would be corrupt living…corrupt families, divided households…people would love evil.  Divorce, diseases, murder, abortions…we finance damnation.  You don’t thing He weeps for you and I.  We spend our money on every awful thing under the sun.  But the gospel isn’t being preached and when it is it is watered down.
What did Jesus tell the young rich ruler…sell everything you have and follow me.
